Please note: Initially, I will only need to do these blogposts on Mondays, Tuesdays (and some Thursdays) for 3 weeks (a total of 10 times) because of school*, but I hopefully will continue them afterwards.
*Obviously, I'm not providing services, I'm simply practicing and using Blogger for feedback.
Here is (or was) the most recent iteration of my practice logo (colour and b/w) I posted in the last blog post*(later I realised and was told it's not so much of a logo):
*That last post is at https://michaelspracticefreelancerlogos.blogspot.com/2020/10/michaels-practice-freelancer-logo_5.html.
Here's how I tried to make it more like a logo, skipping over any attempts to make the text readable (which is not so much of my focus right now, yet you'll see it's mostly, if not fully fixed so I won't show the differences anymore):
Now before I have enough time to forget credits, the fader sliders (if better-looking without the white backgroun and rotated to the same orientation as the fader-track-representing-lines) are from https://www.thomann.de/gb/dynacord_powermate_fader_knob.htm. Also, you might notice I almost appear to have zoomed in on the mixer you saw earlier, since the mixer itself is now basically the canvas (versus a background image previously).
A bit more 'refining' (the 's because I don't 100% know if that's the right word) and:
I don't know about you, but this looks rather complete or full, to me* (if, unfortunately, after looking at it for some time, still seems not enough of a logo as it should be - more like a poster this whole time, I finally reveal what it is more like if not a logo). *Suddenly, possibly for this reason, it feels quite a bit more important to me I get feedback on it. Actually I made some further (minor, maybe) improvement:
